Race, Religion and Nonsense

Many "leaders" of today can't talk about about issues pertaining to the organization/country, so what can give them an "edge"?

Why .... the answer is simple. It's race and religion.

Race and religion are the very things that people without much substance use in order to gain attention and power. The reason is because it's something everyone can not only relate to, but feel superior/threatened, depending on how the other party uses it.

I somehow find the use of race and religion to be rather disturbing. I mean, haven't we learned anything from our history books?  I have an example from history books for both race and religion.

RACE:
Remember Adolf Hitler? The SOB from Germany started WW2 with the premise of wiping out the Jews, who were flourishing and became wealthy at the expense of the original citizens of Germany. He eventually came up with the idea of a Master race and eugenics, stating the idea of the blond and blue eyed race of Caucasians are the superior race that should not be tainted (which later helped form the idea of White Supremacy). Thus Hitler and his fanatics decided to "clean up" Germany and the rest of the world of the "inferior" beings. In fact, I believe he had called the rest of the world "rats".

Fast forward to the present day, Hitler committed suicide, America the melting pot of races is the current King of the World, and we all love our mixed blooded celebrities. In fact, most of us want to hook up with a person of foreign descent just so our kids might grow up to be beautiful people.

RELIGION:
The Crusades for God's sake (pun intended). For the expansion of their own kingdom, envy at the Arabs' wealth, and the thought of Jerusalem being in the hands of "pagans", the Pope and various Kings in Europe waged a "Holy" war, and eventually lost. the 3Gs was the Key things that fueled the war.

  1. God: The pope gave "indulgences" - Sin Discounts - to those who participated in the Holy War.
  2. Gold: Arab = Riches = GOLD!!
  3. Glory: Recapturing and thus saving Jerusalem from the pagans.
Fast forward to the present day, they are STILL fighting. I think Jerusalem is pretty much in shambles. The Holy City of Jews, Muslims and Christian is actually a Bloody City.

'nuff said.
